All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 12pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Flooring Direct will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
